Dancer !

มณฑลแห่งการตื่นรู้คือร่างกายที่กำลังร่ายรำ ในห้วงทำนองของสังสาร

ไม่มีใครสามารถล่วงรู้ได้ว่าข้างหน้าจะเกิดอะไรขึ้น

มีแต่ปรากฎการณ์ที่เรากำลังเฝ้ามอง

เคลื่อนไปดังสายน้ำริน

ไม่มีจุดสิ้นสุด

ไม่เคยสิ้นหนทาง

แห่งจิตตื่นรู้

The awereness is no  boundaries.

The essence of wholeness.

Mahamudra is beyond all words And symbols,

but for you, Naropa, Earnest and loyal, must this be said.

The Void needs no reliance, Mahamudra rests on nought.

Without making an effort, But remaining loose and natural,

One can break the yoke Thus gaining Liberation.

If one sees nought when staring into space,

If with the mind one then observes the mind,

One destroys distinctions And reaches Buddhahood.

to The great eastern Sun

อรุณสวัสดิ์ อมตะกาลแสงสีทอง

ที่ซึ่งเป็นอิสระ ในห้วงอากาศ

ปลุกเร้าให้สรรพสัตว์ ตื่นจากความมืด ลาง

เต็มเปี่ยมด้วย พลังแแห่งความรัก ปัญญาญาณ

และ ความเป็นไปได้ในหนทางทั้งปวง

…

ตื่นเถิด

ตื่น ขึ้นมาพร้อมกับดวงตาที่แสนดีของเธอ

ท้องฟ้าสีสวยนวลและอบอุ่น

ทุกอย่างกำลังคลี่คลาย

เปิดออก

เพราะ มันเป็นเช่นนั้นเสมอ
